Qualifications

• AS degree or 48 undergraduate credits, or ParaPro/state assessment.
• Background in special education training or coursework.
• Experience with children identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Pre-K or preschool experience preferred and ASD safety care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with preschool students in instructional and non-instructional settings.
• Reinforces learning and collects data as directed by the teacher.
• Maintains confidentiality and ethical standards for student information.
• Completes duties as assigned by the building Principal.
• Willingness to be trained in positive behavior techniques.
