Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a lead teacher for our child care center in Ohio. You will create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers to help children thrive.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, ensure licensing guidelines are met, and communicate with families to support each child’s growth and the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
