The Learning Experience - Meridian, ID is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to lead a classroom of children ages 3-4. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering opportunities to implement the LEAP curriculum and foster growth through purposeful play.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in preschool/early childhood preferred.
• Ability to meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom.
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Create engaging activities supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development.
• Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships.
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance.
• Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation.
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
• Follow Idaho childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.
