The Learning Experience in Meridian, ID is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher to guide a classroom of 3- to 4-year-olds. You’ll lead daily routines, implement the L.E.A.P.

Curriculum, and create hands-on activities to build early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional skills. The role emphasizes independence, communication, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships, with strong family communication and collaboration with support staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in preschool/daycare/early childhood preferred.
• Experience with ages 3–4 preferred.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• CDA or ECE credentials are a plus.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements.

Preschool Lead Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Location: The Learning Experience - Meridian, ID

Pay: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

The Learning Experience - Meridian is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Lead Teacher to lead a classroom of children ages 3-4.

We're looking for an educator who can create an engaging classroom where children build confidence, independence, friendships, and important early academic skills through purposeful play and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom
