Job summary

Learning Care in Meridian, Idaho seeks a Lead Teacher to guide preschoolers with engaging, hands-on lessons and to mentor fellow teachers. You’ll help children grow socially, physically, and intellectually while upholding licensing standards and company policies.

Expect a hands-on role focused on classroom leadership, curriculum delivery, and building strong relationships with families to support center success and child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
