Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum using NAC and AZ standards.
• Curate programs based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe environment that encourages growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to plan the best care and education for their children.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians.
