Busy Bees is hiring a Lead Teacher to work with children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, in a supportive Carefree, AZ setting. You will collaborate with families and fellow teachers to implement NAC-aligned curricula and create engaging activities.

You must have a High School Diploma/GED and 6+ months in licensed childcare, with strong customer service and multitasking skills. This is a full-time role with daytime hours only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must be 18 years or older and have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Create developmentally appropriate curricula per NAC and AZ standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment for growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to plan the best care and education for their children.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians.
