Job summary

The Goddard School in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated teacher to coordinate daily classroom activities and deliver engaging early childhood lessons in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will plan, present, and evaluate educational activities, work closely with children and their families, and support the director with planning and resources to ensure a high-quality learning experience for every child.

Qualifications

• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• CDA credential preferred.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Must complete state-required pre-service training.
• Ability to build relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for assigned classes and plan activities.
• Present and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents to provide quality customer service.
• Maintain classroom ratios and provide necessary resources for success.
