Job summary

The Goddard School of Newark, DE is seeking a dedicated full-time teacher to create and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate classrooms. You will plan curricula, observe and guide learning, and build relationships with children and families in a supportive, professional environment.

You will work closely with an Assistant Teacher and team, contributing to a positive school culture while meeting Delaware licensing requirements and maintaining regular attendance and dependability.

Qualifications

• CDA, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in early childhood education required.
• Must meet Delaware licensing requirements and commit to full-time schedule.
