Job summary

The Goddard School in Woodstock, GA is seeking a passionate lead teacher to coordinate daily activities in a safe, nurturing classroom. You will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for young children, while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• CDA credential preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Must have state-required pre-service training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background check eligibility.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
