Qualifications

• High School Diploma, AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• CDA certification is required or preferred.
• MSDE qualification as Preschool Teacher (90-hour Infant Certification) is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or preferred.
• Experience in a preschool classroom is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily lesson plans and activities appropriate for preschool/PreK.
• Coordinate classroom operations and maintain a safe, engaging environment.
• Communicate with parents daily to build strong relationships.
• Participate in staff trainings and team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and school themes.
