Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Classroom Lead Teacher to oversee daily classroom operations, assess development, and guide Teaching Assistants in a developmental preschool setting. You will implement individualized plans and collaborate with staff to support each child's growth.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CDA preferred, and at least one year in a classroom. Training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Formación

• Willingness to work with developmentally at-risk children (birth to age 7).
• Ability to collaborate and work on a team.
• Patience, positivity, resilience and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in a classroom setting preferred.
• CDA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the classroom.
• Assess each child in the classroom using the proper assessment tool.
• Assist in the development of each child's ITP and ensure implementation.
• Review ITP with Curriculum Coordinator and suggest curriculum changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary learning environment.
