Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA credential preferred.
• Experience with developmentally at-risk children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in all classroom activities.
• Review and implement clients' treatment plans with the Early Childhood Coach or leadership.
• Maintain a positive emotional climate and professional interactions with clients and families.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitary learning environment daily.
• Assist in training and supporting new hires in the classroom.
