Pediatrics Plus is seeking a dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to supervise the classroom, assess children, and ensure treatment plans are followed. You will guide Classroom Teaching Assistants and collaborate with leaders to support young clients across activities and daily routines.

The role emphasizes engagement, positive environment, and adherence to policies, with opportunities for training and professional development in a pediatric setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDA certification preferred.
• One year of classroom experience with developmentally at-risk clients or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Manage and participate in all classroom activities.
• Review clients' treatment plans and suggest changes as requested.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented to maximize client outcomes.
• Refer clients for additional clinical services as needed in collaboration with leadership.
• Implement, modify and complete daily lesson plans.
• Update and complete required reports and classroom billing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary learning environment.
• Engage with clients during activities, promote development, and supervise staff.
