The Learning Experience - Andover, MA is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher who loves helping young children become confident, curious, and independent learners. You will lead daily routines, implement the LEAP Curriculum, and foster literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional growth while partnering with families.

Massachusetts EEC qualification required; leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher
• Previous professional preschool or early childhood classroom experience required
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for early childhood education and children's development

Responsibilities

• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum

Preschool Lead Teacher - EEC Certified

Pay: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Andover is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher who loves helping young children become confident, curious, and increasingly independent learners.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll take ownership of your classroom while creating engaging experiences that build early academic skills, friendships, creativity, communication, and kindergarten readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily Preschool classroom routines and learning activities
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create engaging experiences supporting literacy, math, language, science, creativity, and social-emotional development
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships
