The Learning Experience in Andover, MA is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. You will lead daily routines, implement the LEAP curriculum, and create engaging activities that support literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required.
• Previous professional preschool or early childhood education experience strongly preferred.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and supporting children's development.
• Must meet all applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Create engaging activities supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development.
• Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships.
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance.
• Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation.
• Prepare classroom activities and learning materials.
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers and classroom support staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and engaging classroom.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements.

Pay: $22-$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
