Qualifications

• Use positive guidance and consistent classroom routines.
• Observe and document children's development.
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers.
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.

The Learning Experience - Milford, MA. Pay: $22-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday.

The Learning Experience - Milford is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher who loves turning everyday moments into opportunities for children to explore, question, create, and learn.

You’ll lead a classroom where preschoolers build early academic skills while developing the confidence, independence, communication, and friendships that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
