You will take ownership of your classroom while creating engaging experiences that build early academic skills, friendships, creativity, communication, and kindergarten readiness.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher.
• Previous professional preschool or early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and children's development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Preschool classroom routines and learning activities.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Create engaging experiences supporting literacy, math, language, science, creativity, and social-emotional development.
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships.
• Observe and document children's development.
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers.
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.

Pay: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
