The Learning Experience - Foxboro, MA is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher who is EEC certified and passionate about creating a classroom filled with curiosity and learning. You will lead daily routines and implement our LEAP curriculum to support literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional growth.

You’ll own your classrooms, develop strong family relationships, and guide assistants while ensuring a safe, engaging environment in compliance with MA EEC requirements.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher.
• Professional preschool or early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for helping young children learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Preschool classroom routines and learning activities
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create engaging experiences supporting literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional development
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, communication, and positive peer relationships
• Use positive guidance and consistent classroom routines
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families

Pay: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is looking for an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher who is excited to create a classroom filled with curiosity, creativity, confidence, and meaningful learning.

You’ll take ownership of your classroom while helping preschoolers strengthen the academic, social, and emotional skills that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.
