The Learning Experience in Littleton, MA is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher who can inspire curiosity and curiosity-driven learning in a nurturing classroom. You will lead a Preschool classroom, implementing the LEAP curriculum and guiding early learners through developmentally appropriate activities.

We offer a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay of $22–$24 per hour, plus benefits, professional development, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher.
• Professional Preschool or early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and children's development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Preschool classroom routines and learning activities
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create engaging experiences supporting literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional development
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, communication, and positive peer relationships
• Use positive guidance and consistent classroom routines
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
