Job summary

CDS Preschools is seeking Educational Technicians to support children aged 3-5 with disabilities and prepare them for Kindergarten. The role is full-time at a new CDS preschool in Waterville, with itinerant duties at nearby sites; local travel is required. A current Ed Tech certification and background checks are required.

Salary varies by Tech level, with Ed Tech I–III tiers listed. Benefits include health & dental coverage, retirement plan, and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current Educational Technician certification is required.
• Experience with preschool populations preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal history check and background screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small groups of students in center-based programs.
• Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions under supervision.
• Collaborate with Preschool Teacher of Children with Disabilities on planned learning.
• Review and reinforce previously introduced concepts.
