The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking an inspiring Preschool Director to lead daily operations, guide staff, and partner with families. This role combines educational leadership with strong operational oversight to create a joyful, high-quality learning environment.

Featuring Massachusetts Director I & II certification requirements and knowledge of EEC regulations, the ideal candidate will hire and coach teachers, drive enrollment growth, ensure licensing compliance, and build community

Salary: $70,000 annually

This position combines educational leadership, team development, and operational excellence to create an environment where children are excited to learn and teachers are empowered to succeed.
