Job summary

The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead our preschool with a strong focus on educational excellence, operations, and team development. You will oversee daily operations, ensure MA EEC licensing compliance, support enrollment growth, mentor teachers, and partner with families to provide a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for children and staff.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Director I and Director II Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood education center.
• Experience leading teams, improving operations, and supporting enrollment growth.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for developing educators and delivering exceptional early childhood programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the center's daily operations, educational programs, and staff.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of early childhood educators.
• Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and company standards.
• Promote exceptional classroom quality and support continuous teacher development.
• Build strong relationships with families to drive enrollment and retention.
• Monitor center performance, staffing, budgets, and operational goals.

Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead our school with a strong focus on educational excellence, operational success, and team development. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching educators, building meaningful relationships with families, and creating an engaging environment where children and staff can thrive.

As Center Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the school while ensuring compliance, supporting enrollment growth, developing teachers, and maintaining the high standards that families expect from The Learning Experience.
