Job summary

The Learning Experience - Westfield in Indiana is seeking a Preschool Center Director to lead our rapidly expanding Academy of Early Education. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, safety, and compliance with state licensing.

Lead classrooms, work closely with teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum, recruit and develop staff, and drive enrollment through family engagement and community events. This role offers growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience; highly preferred or at least one year required.
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential, plus related guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Solid knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, building trust, inclusivity, and a positive environment.
• Ensure center health and safety procedures comply with local licensing.
• Recruit, train, coach, and engage current and prospective staff.
• Guide teachers in implementing our curriculum and engaging learning experiences.
• Drive enrollment and manage operations including payroll and financial reports.
• Engage families through tours and organize community marketing events.
