Job summary

Learning Care Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations and guide teachers in delivering warm, engaging early childhood education for children and families. This role emphasizes strong leadership, staff development, and open communication with parents.

The Director will ensure licensing compliance, manage budgets and schedules, and partner with families to promote a positive learning environment. A rewarding opportunity for experienced leaders in our network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader! Manage staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and guiding improvement plans; support curriculum implementation with coaches and teachers.
