The Learning Experience - Spring is seeking a passionate Preschool Center Director to lead our Spring location. You will oversee curriculum implementation, staff development, and daily operations to ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience.
• State Administrative or Director credential as required by the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, fostering trust, rapport, and inclusivity among staff and families.
• Ensure health and safety SOPs and licensing compliance across the center.
• Recruit, train, coach, and engage current and prospective staff.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum and creative activities.
• Drive enrollment and manage payroll, AR/AP, and monthly P&L reporting.
• Host in-person and virtual tours; organize community events to boost enrollment.
