Job summary

The Learning Experience - West Windsor is seeking a proactive Preschool Center Director to lead daily operations, staff development, and family engagement. You will ensure safety standards, implement curriculum, and drive enrollment while managing finances.

You will partner with educators to deliver engaging lessons, uphold licensing requirements, and foster trust within a diverse community. This role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required).
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity.
• Ensure the center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
• Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
• Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Drive engaging and enriching learning experiences.
• Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations; manage accounts receivable/payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee payroll.
• Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual tours, organize community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
