The Learning Experience is seeking a proactive Preschool Center Director with daycare or preschool background to lead a vibrant early education center in Wisconsin. You will oversee staff, curriculum implementation, licensing compliance, and family engagement, while driving enrollment and ensuring high-quality learning in a center that values advancement and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience is highly preferred, or at least one year is required.
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential is required or mandated by guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and foster trust, rapport, and inclusivity with employees and families.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety SOPs and state licensing regulations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and engage staff to build a highly qualified team.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum and engaging learning experiences.
• Oversee payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and monthly P&L reporting.
• Engage families through in-person and virtual tours and organize community events.
