Qualifications

• Two+ years of center leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Experience guiding teachers in applying a proprietary curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to foster a trusting, inclusive center environment.
• Ensure health and safety compliance per license requirements.
• Build and maintain a qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
• Guide teachers in implementing the curriculum and creating engaging learning experiences.
• Drive enrollment growth and manage day-to-day operations including payroll and finances.
• Engage families via in-person tours and community events to raise awareness.
