Job summary

The Learning Experience in Texas is seeking a Preschool Center Director to lead a dynamic early education campus. The role focuses on inspiring teachers, ensuring safety and licensing compliance, and delivering a high-quality curriculum experience for children.

You will recruit and train staff, manage operations including payroll and budgets, and engage families through tours and events, while driving enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, fostering trust, rapport, and inclusivity with diverse groups.
• Ensure health and safety SOPs and licensing compliance at the center.
• Source, train, coach, and engage current and prospective staff.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum and drive learning with engaging characters.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee payroll.
