Qualifications

• Two+ years of center leadership/management experience (required or highly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field.
• State Administrative/Director credential or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with passion for children and staff; foster trust, rapport, and inclusivity.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with license regulations.
• Build and maintain qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching.
• Guide teachers in implementing curriculum and driving engaging learning experiences.
• Drive business results: retention, enrollment growth, and payroll oversight.
• Engage families via center tours and community events to boost enrollment.
