Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities under supervision of the School Director and leadership. You’ll help implementCadence Education programs, maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment, and assist children including those with IEPs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, adherence to safety policies, and engagement in ongoing professional development to grow within a network of 340+ schools across 30 states.

Qualifications

• Safety procedures must be followed in all classroom activities.
• Team-based collaboration with lead teachers and staff.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, respectful classroom environment for every child.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Support developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual; document accidents and incidents as required.
• Participate in meetings and trainings outside regular hours when needed.
