Qualifications

• CDA and Director Credentials REQUIRED.
• Experience with PROCARES, CARES, Tadpoles systems and educational compliance.
• Strong budget and personnel management experience in education.
• Excellent communication for staff, families, community partners.
• Experience facilitating professional development for educators.
• Experience handling school legal issues in early childhood education.
• Energetic leader committed to excellence and inspiring a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise preschool staff to foster a collaboration-driven, excellence-focused team.
• Oversee curriculum development aligned with early education standards.
• Manage school operations including budgeting and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate professional development sessions for staff.
