La Petite Academy in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director, promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. You will assist in creating a nurturing environment that supports families and helps each child thrive.

The Assistant Director is accountable for licensing compliance, staff recruitment and development, and helping ensure profitability while maintaining a positive, caring

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.
Promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve.
