Job summary

Cerium Networks is seeking a dynamic Avaya Solution Architect in a presales role to guide clients through Avaya technologies and tailor solutions to their business challenges.

The position is remote with some in-person meetings, located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. Requires 7+ years in tech sales/presales and travel up to 30%. You will partner with Account Executives, develop training, and craft proposals/SOWs for seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience in technology sales or presales engineering.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical clients.
• Experience with solution selling and consultative sales across industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Avaya portfolio and partner programs.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, able to clarify complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales conversations on Avaya solutions with Account Executives.
• Consult with clients to understand objectives, use cases, and technical requirements.
• Develop an approved training plan to stay current with technology and benefits for customers.
• Maintain relationships with clients, technology partners, and vendors.
• Design tailored solutions, proposals, presentations, and SOWs for delivery handoff.
