Michels Preconstruction Services, Inc. seeks a Prequalification Specialist to coordinate and submit proposal and qualification packages, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. You will collaborate with executives, project managers and estimators to develop proposal content for large projects.

Additional duties include responding to RFPs, organizing prequalification documents and creating templates for quick responses. AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of prequalification, proposal development or related experience.
• High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented with fast data entry and accuracy.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred but not required.

As a Prequalification Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to coordinate and submit proposal and qualification packages, ensuring they are completed with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. You will also work closely with executives, project managers, estimators and other internal and external business partners to develop proposal content for large or complex projects. Additional key tasks include responding to requests for proposals, organization of prequalification documents and developing and recording templates for quick responses.
