The Michels Corporation team seeks a Prequalification Specialist to coordinate and submit proposal and qualification packages for large, complex projects. You will collaborate with executives, project managers, estimators and partners to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include responding to requests for proposals, organizing prequalification documents, and developing templates for quick responses.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of prequalification, proposal development or related experience.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to enter data quickly with high accuracy.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite desired but not required.
