Job summary

GroupeSTAHL in Mentor, OH is seeking an entry-level Reclaim Production Technician I to support screen preparation, cleaning, coating application, and quality inspection in the printing department.

You will clear coatings, remove images, prepare screens for reuse, and ensure adherence to PPE, production standards, and workflow. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone reliable with a basic manufacturing background.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry level; any manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Detail oriented, reliable, quick learner.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, walk, and move for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Able to inspect screens to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Thrive in a fast-paced workplace and follow standardized procedures.

What You\'ll Be Doing

The Reclaim Production Technician I will be responsible for preparing screens by stripping/cleaning used screens, placing them into screen washer, may need to apply coating to remove ink, and inspecting them for quality. The technician will ensure all screens meet production standards and are processed efficiently to support smooth workflow in the printing department.

• Clear screens of coating material and inspect for any holes, smudges, alignment issues, etc.
• Remove image, clean and prepare screens for re-use
• Prepare coating material and place on screens in preparation for imaging placement
• Adhere work order image to screen
• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• This is an entry level position so any experience in a manufacturing environment or related experience is helpful
• Detail orientated, reliable, quick learner
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, walk, and move throughout the facility for 8-10 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands/arms for lifting screens weighing between 5 -10 lbs regularly
• Able to carry, lift and move screens regularly
• Repetitive movement such as bending/lifting/reaching/twisting throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Able to inspect the screens to ensure quality and accuracy
• Thrive in a fast-paced workplace and follow standardized procedures
