Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assists Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and keeps awareness of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures paperwork is submitted for vendors.
• Collaborates to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Acts as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Communicates and models WFM vision and goals.
• Monitors customer flows and directs team to delight customers.
• Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
