The Prepared Foods Team Leader manages the Prepared Foods Team at both locations, ensuring smooth operations. You will be a guiding figure for Team Members and guests, helping create great meals and staying updated on new products. Leaders are accountable for the department's operating performance at all times. Represent the organization professionally, promote mutual respect, inclusion, diversity, and dignity. Regularly coach Team Members with timely feedback, identifying development opportunities for success.

Job Description

• Experience Required: Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation
• Experience Desired: Retail leadership or supervisory experience; success as a Peer Trainer, in-store champion, or similar role; relevant product knowledge; good performance and discipline record
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing Required: Food Safety
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
