Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Member to supervise Team Members, assist the Team Leader, and ensure smooth department operations.

This role focuses on training, display maintenance, and delivering high-quality service in Prepared Foods, coffee, and juice sections. The position emphasizes adherence to health and safety regulations, inventory management, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and delegating tasks to team members.
• Ability to train staff using checklists and materials.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and product rotation.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Familiarity with safety policies and procedures in food retail.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and store operations apps.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Works with Prepared Foods Trainer to develop a high-performance team.
• Assists in training new Team Members using checklists and materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes the department according to procedures.
• Ensures breaks are given and team is compliant with policies.
• Communicates concerns to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Maintains high standards of retail execution and teamwork.
