You will model department expertise, manage staffing, and collaborate with other leaders to meet club goals and uphold standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and utilization of digital tools to optimize operations, while maintaining safety, inventory, and customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the stated time period.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the prepared foods team, managing rotations and staffing to meet the business plan.
• Maintain knowledge of department operations, quality, inventory, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Leverage handheld technology and other tools to plan, train, and make quick production decisions.
