Qualifications

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains Team Members in a high-performance environment.
• Assists in training of new Team Members with checklists and materials.
• Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to Leader and Associate Leader.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters positive teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs.

Responsibilities

• Selects, trains, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to sustain a high-performance team.
• Provides timely, thorough performance evaluations.
• Communicates and models WFM vision and goals.
