Responsibilities

• Report to work groomed in clean uniform and maintain hygiene.
• Prepare food according to company standards and maintain surfaces and equipment.
• Follow proper receiving, storage, rotation, and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor food temperatures to prevent safety risks.
• Identify and correct system issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty about deficiencies and safety.
