Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reports to work well groomed and in proper uniform.
• Uses, maintains and cleans kitchen equipment and prep areas.
• Stocks and rotates products on cooking line.
• Knows cooking stations, menu items and prep procedures to ensure quality and portioning.
• Cooks and prepares items per guest request following safety procedures.
• Monitors temperatures to prevent foodborne illness.
• Communicates with management on deficiencies or safety issues.
