Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and ability to follow sanitation protocols.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a prep or pantry role.
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items and ensure an organized pantry.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by regularly cleaning workstations and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
