Qualifications

• 3-5 years of kitchen experience.
• Culinary certifications or food safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe).
• Stay calm, focused, and organized during busy shifts.
• Follow recipes and directions with precision and care.

• Curious, coachable, and growth-minded.
• You are at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and dishes following Batbox standards.
• Stay updated on menu items and prep procedures.
