Your role as a Prep/Line Cook at a Lowlands Group Restaurant is crucial to our success. You will receive extensive training on your responsibilities. Your speed and efficiency are essential for the smooth operation of the kitchen and guest satisfaction.

Prep/Line Cooks are key players in the back of the house, serving as the last line of defense for the restaurant. You will produce a high volume of perfectly executed recipes daily. The role requires respectful, courteous, and polite collaboration with team members and direct supervision by the Chef or Sous Chef.

Essential Functions

1. Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
2. Prepare all food items as directed, maintaining sanitation and timeliness.
3. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
4. Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the station.
6. Properly use and maintain all equipment at the station.
7. Assist in cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
8. Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or Kitchen Manager.
