Job summary

The Golden Hog is seeking a full-time Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and assisting with food production. Responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, measuring, and portioning ingredients, preparing breakfast items, burgers, sandwiches, salads, sauces, and sides.

You will organize and stock workstations, rotate and store products, and maintain clean, safe, and organized prep areas.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food preparation, recipes, measurements, knife handling, and kitchen utensils.
• Ability to wash, peel, cut, chop, measure, and portion ingredients according to recipes and daily production needs.
• Willingness to support cooks and other kitchen team members during service.
