The role supports daily service by preparing ingredients, executing recipes, and maintaining a clean kitchen. Qualificações

• Two years of line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
• Experience in an upscale casual or full-service restaurant is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices required.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations.
• Handle, label, rotate, and store food safely.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side work and station setup.
